We aim to make the procurement process straightforward for all our Preferred Dealers and wholesale partners.

Accepted Payment Methods

For initial or small-volume orders, we accept the following payment types:

• Bank Wire Transfers (Preferred): For faster processing and reduced fees on large transactions.
• Major Credit Cards: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express (Note: A transaction fee may apply to credit card payments for large wholesale orders).

Wholesale Payment Terms (Credit)

For established partners with consistent order volume, we offer flexible credit terms:

• Net 30/60/90 Days: Subject to a successful credit application and ongoing partnership volume, we can offer credit terms (e.g., Net 30, Net 60 days) to optimize your cash flow.
• Letter of Credit (L/C): Available for large international orders, providing mutual security for both parties.

Processing Speed

Our warehouse and logistics team is optimized for speed. Orders are generally processed and staged for shipment within one to two business days of receiving full payment or confirmation of credit terms. This quick turnaround is crucial for supporting our partners’ rapid inventory needs.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Due to the efficiency of our warehouse operations, once a bulk order is placed and confirmed, cancellation or modification may not be possible. The order immediately enters the staging and packing phase to ensure rapid deployment.

If you require an urgent change to a pending order, please contact your Dedicated Account Manager immediately. We will check the status with the factory floor team and do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Our goal is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction from product information to education, and our return and refund process is no exception.

Below we will detail the process of returning a product as well as how refunds are issued and the timeframe for refunds.

Return something to us.

Please contact our customer service team anpabotoy.service@gmail.com with the following information:

Your order number. Your delivery postcode. State the reason for the return. State whether you kept the original packaging. State whether the product has been used.



Our team will make a decision based on the following:

Is the product eligible for return and refund/exchange?
Is the product eligible for return and repair?
Has the product been used?
Is the product still in its original packaging?
Is the product damaged?
Is the product defective?

How do we determine eligibility for a return for a refund or exchange?

All orders placed within 30 days are eligible to be returned for a refund or exchange, with the following exceptions:

Products damaged through misuse.
Custom-made and made-to-order products.
Products that have been used and/or are not in their original packaging.
Returns that meet the above exceptions will be refunded to you!

A refund will be made minus an appropriate amount. The amount deducted depends on the severity of the exception and ranges from 20% to 80% of the original price.


How can we tell if a product has been used?

If you don't tell us and the product is returned in used condition, we will contact you to discuss your options.
We may ask for photos to help us make a decision.
How do we determine if a product is defective?

Before we determine if a return is necessary, our customer support staff will ask you a few questions to help you troubleshoot and, if necessary, put you in touch with our technical team who may be able to assist you without the need for a return.

If you report a problem to us.
If our technicians believe so.
Who bears the cost of returning the product?

For products that are covered by warranty due to a defect, please contact our after-sales staff and we will provide a specific solution.

Any other costs, including repairs, exchanges or refunded returns are borne by the customer unless they fall under the terms of our warranty.

Your fixed terms are not affected.

Please remember that you need to consider your bank's timeframe in addition to the above. Most refunds will show up in your account within a few hours, however, depending on the bank, it can take up to 5-7 days for the funds to show up in your account.

Please keep the following in mind:

We are unable to issue refunds to other payment methods or credit cards. Refunds will be issued to the original account used for the original purchase.
If an approved refund has been processed and has not shown up in your account after 7 days from the date of processing, you will need to contact your bank first and then our customer service team. If your bank is unable to help, please contact our customer service team at anpabo.service@gmail.com
