Restocking Fee: The deducted amount will be based on the extent of damage or use, ranging from 20% to 80% of the original price.

Damage Caused by Misuse: Damage resulting from customer misuse or abuse is not eligible for return.

Custom Products: Products that have been customized for the customer are not eligible for return.
4. Refund Processing
