The maximum user weight for the vehicle is 132 lbs, and the dump bed can hold a maximum load capacity of 22 lbs.
How does the dump bed work?
Press the Dump Bed Switch once to raise the bed automatically, and press it again to lower it. Never allow anyone to ride in the dump bed.
Does it have a parent remote control?
Yes, it includes a remote control that allows parents to control the speed, steer left/right, move forward/reverse, and stop the vehicle.
How long does it take to charge?
The normal charging time is 8-12 hours. Do not charge for more than 20 hours.
Does this ride-on dump truck require assembly?
Yes, adult assembly is required. The package includes the necessary hardware pack and a wrench. However, you will need to provide your own screwdriver and needle-nose pliers to complete the setup.
Can my child listen to their own music while driving?
Yes! The dashboard features a built-in music control panel with Bluetooth mode and a USB port, allowing you to easily play your child's favorite songs. It also comes with pre-loaded early education audio and stories.
What should I do if the vehicle suddenly stops while driving?
The truck is equipped with an auto-reset fuse for safety. If it stops unexpectedly due to an overload (such as exceeding the weight limit or towing heavy objects), simply wait about 8 seconds for the fuse to reset automatically before restarting the vehicle.
