We offer fast and reliable shipping for all ride-on toys and children’s vehicles. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via standard delivery, typically arriving within 3–5 business days. Some parts are shipped directly from the factory and usually arrive within 7–12 days.

Express shipping is also available at checkout for an additional fee if you need your order sooner.

To ensure product quality and compatibility, spare parts and accessories are generally non-returnable once purchased.

However, if your item arrives defective, damaged during shipping, lost in transit, or does not meet your statutory rights, we’re here to help. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order details and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.
